By creating an account or using Tripclip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Tripclip helps you plan trips: clipping places from screenshots and videos, organising itineraries, tracking bills and receipts, and discovering nearby recommendations. Some features rely on third-party services (including AI processing of content you submit) to work, and may change or be discontinued over time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorised access.
You keep ownership of the trips, places, notes, photos, and receipts you add to Tripclip. By submitting content, you give us the limited permission needed to store it, process it (including via AI, to extract structured data such as place names, addresses, and bill amounts), and display it back to you within the app. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models beyond what is needed to provide the feature you requested.
Use Tripclip only for its intended purpose — personal trip planning. Do not use the app to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
Tripclip may surface information about places, businesses, or content sourced from third parties (including from screenshots or videos you import). We do not guarantee the accuracy of this information — always confirm important details (opening hours, prices, availability) directly with the source before relying on them.
Tripclip is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-extracted details (places, amounts, itineraries) will always be accurate — please review anything important before you rely on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripclip and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including losses from inaccurate AI-extracted data or third-party service outages.
You may stop using Tripclip and delete your account at any time from the app (You → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Tripclip after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
